Our Foundational Beliefs drive our thinking, behavior and choices. We are often unaware of them. Beliefs result from our early life experiences, and our beliefs dwell in our subconscious minds. These Foundational Beliefs drive our choices and behavior creating more experiences which tend to re-enforce our existing beliefs. Over the years our beliefs drive the formation of habitual behaviors which reinforce themselves ensuring more of the same. Finally we find ourselves "doing that behavior or feeling that feeling over and over again" all the while feeling powerless to change. Often, all that remains is denial of the issue; since we feel powerless to change, we pretend we don't have the problem. And round and round we go in our lives on the wheel of cause and effect leaving us with the feeling "That's just the way it is!"

There is a way off the wheel.

The Bridging Process is offered as a simple means of clearing out the subconscious content that drives unwanted feelings and behavior. More:
